All riders receive 100% planning based on their goals and their current ability, fitness levels and desire. We do not & will not ever use copied generic plans.
All riders regardless of the level of support needed receive an initial one to one to establish history, understanding and what goals they have. These have ranged from future World & European Champions to finishing their Sportive.
Pine Sport uses Training Peaks software for session prescription. This allows both rider & coach to closely monitor what & how the rider is doing. Athlete feedback is paramount in making all coaching work so it's good to know that there is plenty of space to do this, also allowing the coach to comment too.
Using this software allows us to plan your year based soley on your goals and time given to training each week. This ensures that riders are not over fatigued and ready for their goal.
