All riders receive 100% planning based on their goals and their current ability, fitness levels and desire. We do not & will not ever use copied generic plans.
All riders regardless of the level of support needed receive an initial one to one to establish history, understanding and what goals they have. These have ranged form future World & Olympic Champion to finishing their Sportive.
Pine Sport uses Training Peaks software for session prescription. This allows both rider & coach to closely monitor what & how the rider is doing. Athlete feedback is paramount in making all coaching work so it's good to know that there is plenty of space to do this, also allowing the coach to comment too.
Using this software allows us to plan your year based soley on your goals and time given to training each week. This ensures that riders are not over fatigued and ready for their goal.
Group Coaching is important to Pine Sport!
Groups can either discuss specific needs or have sessions tailored on the coaches observations after initial period. The focus will always be the desired outcome and most importantly, FUN!
Upto 8 riders at any one time for sessions although this can increase to 16 using additional qualified coaches - please let us know as soon as you can the numbers or expected numbers.
Having worked with riders who some have gone on to be National & European XC Champions, Pine Sport caters for groups of mixed ability.
At the time of enquiry, rider history & experience should be given so that we can give you the best opportunity to develop while having maximum enjoyment.
