One 2 One Coaching Sessions

Here at Pine Sport we appreciate that you may not always want your coaching in a group so we offer personnel, 1-2-1 sessions to meet your specific requirements and demands.


Sessions are a minimum of 2hrs and can be MTB, Road, Track or CX focused.  This allows time for discussion both prior & post session feedback during and of course actual riding!


Sessions can include the use of video feedback as and if required, these can be shared with you post session.

It's not just about the bike..........


One of the most under estimated parts of being a better bike rider is the 'off bike' stuff as we think it's just about training, skills and fitness. Whilst this is true, you need the off bike package to make sure you're in good condition to get the most from your on bike sessions.


Pine Sport offer the following Off Bike sessions:

  • Nutrition
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Pyscology
  • Bike maintenance including bike wash and race prep
  • Race Preparation

These session bar the last are relevant for ALL riders as far to often, I've seen these have been the parts holder riders back from progressing.
