Need extra physical sessions to help with racing?
Pine Sport club will be running XC Race training sessions every Saturday from 03 March until 31 March to help you prepare for the season ahead.
The sessions will be a mix of skills and efforts for all ages then Juvenile category & older will have race efforts in the last hour.
Please meet at the TOP CAR PARK at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Gravel Hill, Horndean PO8 0QE
Meet from 09:30 ready to ride at 10:00 (the later we start, the less coaching you get!)
10 - 12yr Olds will be 2hrs from 10:00 - 12:00
Juvenile & older will continue on until 13:00
Please ensure that you or the riders attending are dressed appropriately for the weather; you should always have a rain jacket when training and wear gloves - if it's under 16deg. We cover up for training meaning leg & arm warmers for milder conditions and jackets, thermal tights for when it's colder.
You will also need snacks and drinks for 3hrs; we reccomend 1x 500ml bottle per hour along with a cereal bar / banana etc every 45mins.
